We are seeking an experienced carer to support a paraplegic lady in her own home. Candidates must be female due to personal care and preferably hold a UK driving licence. The duties include, assistance with washing and dressing in the morning, bedtime routines in the evenings , along with light housework and preparing simple meals. Must be confident using a hoist . The shifts are 4 hours in the evening , overnight sleep in then 4 hours the following morning.Working as part of an established team , this vacancy covers one shift every sunday night / Monday morning and alternate Friday night/ Saturday morning shifts . The pay is £16 per hour ( £17 at weekends). With £55 for the overnight sleep .
