Job Summary
Hosting Nica Technology Services Ltd is seeking a Head of Technology Services to lead IT operations, technical support, cloud services, and digital infrastructure delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader with strong skills in service management, systems administration, cybersecurity awareness, and team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead technology service delivery, IT support, hosting operations, and infrastructure management.
- Manage technical teams, service standards, SLAs, incidents, escalations, and client requests.
- Improve cloud hosting, systems performance, cybersecurity controls, and operational workflows.
- Oversee platforms, networks, servers, backups, software tools, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, developers, and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, risks, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement plans.
- Prepare service reports, technical recommendations, and performance updates.
Requirements
- Experience in IT services, technology operations, hosting, cloud services, infrastructure, or technical support.
- Previous leadership or technology management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, servers, networking, systems administration, and IT support.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage teams, incidents, projects, clients, budgets, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, CRM systems, and project management software.

Pay: £48,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
