If successful, you’ll lead our staffing team and sit right at the heart of the business. This is a rewarding, high-energy role where no two days are the same. As Stadium continues to grow, there will be plenty of opportunity for you to grow with us.
What’s in it for you? On-site parking, great development opportunities, exciting projects, live event energy and a fantastic team around you every step of the way.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the scheduling and deployment of 1,100+ casual staff across events and sites nationwide.
- Manage the full recruitment journey, from enquiry and screening through to onboarding and first shifts.
- Plan and deliver assessment days, interviews, inductions and candidate communications.
- Keep recruitment, vetting, PARiM, ATS and internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Track recruitment and vetting KPIs, supporting compliance with industry requirements and best practice.
- Liaise with clients, candidates, staff and internal departments before, during and after events.
- Support operations with event paperwork, staff start times, timesheets, uniforms, PPE, accreditations and site information packs.
- Help coordinate logistics, driver movements, vehicles and event-day staffing support.
- Support HR, payroll, training and compliance activity where required.
- Bring fresh ideas, positive energy and a continuous-improvement mindset to the team.
- Take part in the staffing on-call rota and support busy event days, with overtime/TOIL arrangements in place.
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
- Experience in staffing, HR, recruitment, events or another fast-paced people-led environment.
- Strong customer service, communication and people-management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm, positive and effective under pressure.
- A proactive, business-minded approach and a genuine enthusiasm for improving how we work.
- A full clean driving licence.
If you’re organised, people-focused and excited by the idea of helping deliver some of the UK’s busiest and most exciting events, we’d love to hear from you.
