Minor Works Supervisor
Location: South East London
Salary: £45,000.00 with a van and fuel card
We are currently seeking an experienced Minor works Supervisor to join our team, covering social housing properties across South East London.
This is a key role responsible for overseeing day-to-day repairs operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across voids, planned works and reactive maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of operatives and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Oversee delivery of reactive maintenance, void refurbishments and planned works
- Ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Manage health and safety compliance across all activities
- Liaise with tenants, clients and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor performance and productivity, addressing any issues as required
- Ensure accurate reporting and job updates through internal systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing repairs or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of voids, planned works and reactive maintenance
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence

Experience:
- Supervisor: 2 years (required)
- Social Housing Maintenance: 2 years (required)
- NHF SOR Code Knowledge: 1 year (required)
