Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining excellent customer service. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team to ensure efficient operations.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance to maintain cleanliness standards across all designated areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Liaise with clients or management to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
- Ensure that all cleaning activities are completed within scheduled time frames.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and organise a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. This position is ideal for individuals who are organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness while leading a team towards excellence in service delivery.
Shift time 15.00 to 19.00
