The successful candidate must bring a high level of project management expertise, including accredited NEC Project Manager experience and qualification, and be confident delivering construction projects autonomously while leading and supporting team members. This hybrid role will support day-to-day project operations and require regular engagement with internal teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.

They will gather and interpret project metrics, implement corrective actions to maintain progress and budget control, and provide practical solutions to complex delivery, contractual, and stakeholder challenges.
In addition to project and programme management duties, the role includes team leadership, report compilation, contract administration support, cross-team coordination, stakeholder management, and other senior-level responsibilities required to achieve successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong client relationships to support project delivery requirements. Strong business development skills, including contributing to project proposals and tender opportunities, are essential.
Our organisation values teamwork and mutual support among employees. We expect all team members, including the Senior Project Manager, to embody this collaborative approach.
