Vanguard Media Group is a hyper-specialized digital acquisition firm focused entirely on generating qualified residential reroofing and commercial lead pipelines for roofing contractors across the UK.
We handle all outbound prospecting, lead scraping, and client acquisition in-house. We are looking for an experienced, independent freelance Media Buyer to take over technical ad execution and local lead-generation fulfillment.
Compensation Structure (Flat Fee Per Account)
We pay our media buyers a flat fee per active client account managed, allowing your monthly revenue to scale as our portfolio grows:
* Fixed Management Retainer: £800.00 per month, per active roofing account under your management.
* Growth Scaling: Manage 3 active accounts for us and clear £2,400/month. Manage 6 active accounts and clear £4,800/month for standard daily campaign optimization.
* No Sales Required: You do not speak to prospects or clients; you simply focus entirely on performance and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy & Execution: Build, launch, and optimize high-converting local lead-generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search.
* Funnel Building: Design and deploy high-converting landing pages (using tools like GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or WordPress) optimized specifically for roofing quote inquiries.
* Data Hygiene: Implement tracking pixels, custom conversion goals, and lead forms to ensure pristine data attribution.
* Monitoring: Actively track key performance indicators (CTR, Cost-Per-Lead, Frequency) and pivot ad creatives before local audience fatigue sets in.

Requirements:
* Proven track record running successful lead generation ads for local service, trade, or construction businesses (UK/US markets).
* Ability to present a live, screen-shared walkthrough of active or past Ad Managers during our screening interview.
* Highly proficient written English and the ability to operate autonomously.
