Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Scheduler to support the scheduling of engineers. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating workloads, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate records.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact between engineers, suppliers, and customers, helping to deliver a reliable and efficient service while supporting continuous improvements in systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Schedule engineers, equipment, and projects to maximise efficiency
· Manage quotes & contracts
· Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, transport, and customers
· Arrange transport for timely delivery and collection
· Maintain accurate job records, contracts, and system data
· Monitor inboxes and respond to queries promptly
· Handle admin tasks: data entry, reporting, filing, contract queries
· Manage calendars, scheduling systems, and portals
Experience Needed
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· A team player who can support colleagues and build relationships
· Previous administration, customer service, or coordination experience would be an advantage
· Experience working in logistics, scheduling, or operations environments
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems
