Job Description
JM Corporate Services Ltd is seeking an accomplished Senior Commercial Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic commercial programmes that drive organisational growth and operational excellence. This role requires an experienced leader who can coordinate complex initiatives across multiple business functions, ensuring commercial objectives, financial performance, and programme outcomes remain fully aligned. You will work closely with executive leadership to turn business strategy into measurable results through effective programme governance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct multiple commercial programmes simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against strategic business priorities.
- Develop programme governance structures, implementation roadmaps, and performance frameworks that support sustainable growth.
- Partner with finance, sales, operations, legal, and technology teams to coordinate programme execution across the organisation.
- Monitor programme budgets, commercial performance, delivery milestones, and resource allocation while proactively managing risks.
- Present progress reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous optimisation by identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes, operational efficiency, and programme effectiveness.
- Mentor programme managers and project leads, promoting consistent delivery standards and best practice methodologies.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading enterprise programmes within commercial, business transformation, or corporate strategy environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in programme governance, financial planning, and organisational change.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent programme management qualifications are highly desirable.
Pay: £76,000.00-£97,000.00 per year
