CSR are working with a UK leading joinery Manufacturer who are looking for an experienced production manager to join their senior management team.
You will be responsible for the detailed planning and overall organisation of manufacturing in the workshop to achieve all output targets in terms of quantity, quality, unit costs and project requirements.
This is a fast paced and dynamic environment, you must be both commercially and solutions focused with an ability to adapt and prioritise a complex workload.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Take receipt of works orders from in house Project Managers.
- Organise and communicate requirements and particulars of each Work order to Team lead in production readiness meeting.
- Cordinate production workload, capacity, and resource requirements with the Workshop Manager.
- Work closely with Design to ensure drawings and information are available in line with the production programme.
- Maintain accurate project, production, and scheduling information within the ERP system.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure production activities comply with company Health & Safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, planning, and manufacturing efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
- Effective communication skills with strong leadership in directing and motivating a production
- Experience within bespoke joinery, furniture manufacturing, fit-out or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use standard IT systems effectively such as Microsoft office and to comprehend
- manufacturing drawings and specification packages.
- Knowledge of implementing modern manufacturing process thinking within a quality management system
