Job Title: Bar Staff
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a vital part of our establishment, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve drink orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and workstations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Monitor alcohol intake and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines is a plus
Pay:
- Competitive Starting Pay: Opportunities for pay increases based on demonstrated ability in the role, either following your trial shift or on completion of a trial period.
- Starting at £10 per hour for 18-20 year olds.
- Starting at £12.50 for those 21 and over.
