Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Regional Programme Lead, also known as a Senior Programme Coordinator, to drive the successful planning, execution, and management of complex projects across multiple regions. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can coordinate diverse teams, streamline processes, and ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently. As a key member of our organization, you will champion best practices in project management, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and deliver impactful results that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of regional programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Oversee project planning activities including requirements gathering, scope definition, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, supervising performance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet to track progress, manage schedules, and control costs effectively.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with stakeholders through platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, Workday, and ServiceNow to facilitate communication and documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines meticulously to ensure cost control and timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Apply leadership skills to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations using tools like Visio or PowerPoint for stakeholder updates and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive content management efforts using systems such as SharePoint or Content Management Systems (CMS) to organize project documentation efficiently.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in managing large-scale projects or programmes across multiple regions or departments.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups towards common goals.
- Extensive experience in requirements gathering, process optimization, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in using ERP systems (e.g., Workday), project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6), and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in data analysis using SAS or similar tools to inform decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Waterfall methodologies for project execution.
- Knowledge of product management principles and content management systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
