We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TikTok Shop Creator Manager who is fluent in Chinese to oversee and optimise our presence on TikTok. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies tailored for TikTok Shop to attract and retain followers.
- Manage daily content creation, including videos, live streams, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with influencers, partners, and customers through effective public relations practices.
- Monitor social media trends and utilise insights to optimise content performance and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Analyse performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices in digital environments.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
- Experience working within e-commerce or retail sectors is desirable but not mandatory.
