ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT required for busy office in North Glasgow. Established in 1987, Mims is a family owned import and wholesale business supplying garden pottery to garden centres throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to continued business growth, we are expanding the administrative team to support sales activities in the Operations Department.
ROLE AND MAIN DUTIES
- Supporting the Operations Team with daily admin tasks
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Printing and preparing retail labels
- Booking in deliveries to customers by telephone
- Handling sales and customer enquiries by email and telephone
- Training will be provided

REMUNERATION
- Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Starting salary between £27,000 to £29,000 per annum depending on previous experience and personal skills
