An exciting opportunity has become available for a Hygiene Operative to join our Lateshift team.
This role is vital in ensuring our packhouse, equipment and production areas are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards, helping us maintain food safety, product quality and a safe working environment.

Bedfordshire Growers is a large farming cooperative established in 1963.
In 1980 Bedfordshire Growers started to commercially grow onions, initially Brown Onions followed by being the first company to introduce Red Onions to the UK.
Today Bedfordshire Growers is one of the largest onion packing companies in the UK. Packing onions for supermarket and wholesale trade.
What you'll be doing
- Cleaning and sanitising production areas, equipment and machinery.
- Carrying out deep cleaning to scheduled standards.
- Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment in line with COSHH regulations.
- Following hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages.
- Identifying and reporting any hygiene or safety concerns.
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards across the site.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.
