Youth Football Coach (Tactical & Developmental)

Are you a coach who can master tactical match play on a Sunday and deliver high energy drills for toddlers on a Saturday? FunnClubb is looking for three high quality coaches to join our Hackney based team. We are a fast growing club looking for specialists who can handle the hybrid nature of youth development from toddlers to competitive league teams.
The Pay and Perks
We pay above the industry average because we value professional coaching.
- Elite Training Sessions: £50.00 for a 2 hour tactical session.
- Developmental Classes: £15.00 per hour.
- ELE League Matches: £40.00 per game on Sundays.
The Role
- Competitive Side: Lead our U8/U9 or U10 teams in the ELE League, manage Sunday match days, and plan technical training focused on tactical strategy and team cohesion.
- Developmental Side: Deliver high energy sessions for children aged 2 and up that align with our fun first goals.
- Professional Standards: Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive environment for all participants.
What You Need
To be successful you must meet the following mandatory requirements.
- Recognised coaching qualification: FA Level 1, FA Level 2, or equivalent.
- Safety: Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and a valid First Aid certification.
- Competitive Experience: Proven track record coaching competitive youth league teams at the U8/U9 level or similar.
- Early Years Experience: Proven experience working effectively with toddlers and very young children aged 2 and up.
- Personality: You must be bubbly, reliable, and have a strong knowledge of youth development principles.
