Tidal Vape is one of the UK's fastest-growing vape retailers, with 35 stores across the South of England and ambitious plans for further growth.
We are looking for an experienced Salesperson to join our team. This is not a standard retail role. We want someone who thrives on sales, enjoys leading by example, takes ownership of results, and can deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

What You'll Be Doing
· Driving sales performance and consistently delivering strong results
· Leading by example on the shop floor
· Building genuine relationships with customers and creating repeat business
· Coaching and motivating team members to achieve their targets
· Delivering exceptional customer service and product recommendations
· Maintaining high standards of store presentation and organisation
· Managing stock, deliveries, and day-to-day store operations
· Taking ownership of store performance and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Sales experience is essential.
We're looking for people who have a proven track record of selling and achieving results, whether that's in retail, telecoms, hospitality, automotive, fitness, recruitment, or another customer-facing sales environment.
You'll also need:
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· A positive attitude and high levels of personal accountability
· Excellent reliability and timekeeping
· Confidence working towards targets and KPIs
· The ability to lead, influence, and motivate others
· A desire to learn, improve, and progress your career
· A full driving licence is preferred

The Role
· Full-time permanent position
· Five days per week
· Weekend availability required
· Must be 18 or over
· Must be able to travel to your assigned store location
