We are seeking a dedicated Operative to join our gardening team and contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of our 42-acre site. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will engage in a variety of tasks that will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers and performing landscaping duties.
Tasks will include:-
- Strimming
- Mowing
- Hedge cutting
- Leaf clearing
- Weeding
- Watering
- Ground clearing
Requirements:-
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred but not essential.
- Will be required to pass a drug test.
This is a seasonal position.
