Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration systems across UK. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ refrigeration equipment operates efficiently and reliably, supporting their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Install remote refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs efficiently to minimise downtime
- Service and maintain a variety of refrigeration systems, including:
- Cold rooms
- Walk-in freezers
- Chillers
- Display refrigeration units
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and in line with F-Gas regulations
- Work across multiple client sites while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
- Proven experience working on commercial refrigeration systems
- Good electrical knowledge
- Valid F-Gas Certification (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK

- Basic salary: £35,000–£45,000
