Job Overview
Hotel Vendome Tours is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and performance optimisation across our hospitality operations. The successful candidate will analyse market trends, booking data, and customer demand to maximise occupancy, improve profitability, and support business growth. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop effective revenue strategies, optimise distribution channels, and provide data-driven recommendations to management. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded hospitality professional with strong analytical skills and experience in revenue management, pricing, and business performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise profitability and business performance
- Analyse booking patterns, market demand, competitor activity, and industry trends
- Create accurate revenue forecasts and provide performance recommendations to leadership
- Manage pricing structures, promotions, packages, and inventory controls
- Monitor daily revenue performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimise online booking channels, distribution platforms, and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, reservations, and operations teams to achieve commercial targets
- Prepare detailed revenue reports, insights, and recommendations for management
- Support strategic planning through data-driven decision-making
- Maintain and improve revenue management processes and systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue management, hotel operations, tourism, or hospitality-related roles
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting, and market analysis
- Experience using revenue management systems, booking platforms, or hospitality software
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales and distribution channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree or professional qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Pay: £30,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
