Job Title: Projects & Engagement Officer
Job Summary:
Healthwatch North Yorkshire is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated Projects and Engagement Officer to join our small, dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure people's experiences of health and social care are heard and used to influence positive change. You'll lead and support our projects, meet people in communities across North Yorkshire, analyse feedback and produce reports that help improve care.

- Lead and deliver small-scale projects from planning through to reporting.
- Speak to people across North Yorkshire about their experiences of health and care.
- Attend community events and engagement activities.
- Analyse feedback and identify key themes.
- Produce clear, well-written reports and presentations.
- Build positive relationships with local organisations and community groups.
- Help ensure people's voices influence decisions about health and care.
- Travel across North Yorkshire to attend meetings, events and conversational activities.
Benefits of working for us:
- 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays + pension & employee assistance programme
- Flexible working
- 5% employer pension contribution
- Learning and personal development
