We are a family run residential home with 40 rooms, we care for people with many different needs and support them to enjoy their life , to remain as independent as possible no matter how frail.

Previous care experience isn't necessary as we support our staff to expand their knowledge and understanding of our resident’s needs.
We support our staff to complete our comprehensive induction process with extended shadow shifts around two weeks longer if needed and training opportunities, including the care certificate (if not already completed) ongoing training will be provided.
- We have full time or part roles we need to fill, with a mixture of shifts.
- Morning shifts 7am to 2pm
- Afternoon shifts 2pm to 8pm
- Twilight shift 5pm to 11pm
- There are other shift to cover for i.e hoildays and sickness when needed
- Staff have paid breaks with meals provided (depending on length of the shift) parking onsite ,team activites
We try and be flexible with shift patterns as we can be.

Not able to drive and worried you can’t get to work, some staff Car orTaxie share (sharing the cost) as we are not In Okehampton, there is a bus service that stops on the main road so there would be a walk nice in the summer but not so nice in the winter
