Want to make your mark in senior football?
Lightwater United FC are looking for an ambitious, driven and forward-thinking Assistant Manager to join our First Team management staff for the new season.
This isn't a role where you'll simply put cones out, collect footballs and stand alongside the manager on a Saturday.
What will you actually do?
Working closely alongside the First Team Manager, you'll be involved across the football programme, including:
- Planning and delivering first-team training
- Providing tactical input and opposition analysis
- Helping shape match plans
- In-game tactical decisions and substitutions
- Player recruitment and retention
- Individual player development
- Set pieces
Who are we looking for?
You don't need years of senior management experience.
We'd particularly like to hear from young or ambitious coaches looking for an opportunity to step into senior men's football and build their coaching career.
You might currently be:
- Coaching academy or youth football and wanting senior experience
- Working towards your UEFA C/B qualifications
- A recently qualified coach looking for your first significant senior role
