T&D Electrical is one of the leading electrical contractors in the region. We work with major developers and principal contractors on large residential and mixed use schemes and we have built a reputation for reliability, professionalism and high quality delivery. As the company continues to grow, we are now looking for a strong Project Manager to join our team.
The role will begin on a live project in Oxford. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from start to finish and represent T&D with confidence and professionalism.
The Project Manager will oversee the day to day running of the electrical works, manage operatives, monitor progress, handle client communication, track variations, oversee quality and coordinate with other trades on site. Although T&D is an electrical contractor, close coordination with the wider M&E team is essential, so a good understanding of design, drawings, planning and sequencing is required.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in residential or mixed use new build environments and who is confident managing programmes, technical queries, specifications and the commercial aspects of a project. The ability to maintain good relationships with clients while also protecting the company’s interests is important.
This is a long term role with clear progression for the right person as T&D continues to expand. The successful applicant will join a company with a strong reputation and a growing pipeline of significant projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £52,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
