About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Banquet Waiters and Waitresses to join our hospitality team. You’ll be working at weddings, corporate events, private functions, and other special occasions, delivering outstanding service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms and event spaces before service.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean, organised service area.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the event manager and team to ensure smooth service.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout every event.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or banquet experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and good timekeeping.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
