We are looking for a experienced Site Cleaner for a high-end residential refurbishment project in Wimbledon.
The role involves:
- End of project 'builders clean' to prepare to hand the site over to the client
- General cleaning around site including cleaning new windows, bathrooms, kitchen, hovering etc
The property is unoccupied and is still an active building site. CSCS card is not required, as you will be working in finished areas of the site.
Requirements:
- Previous site cleaning experience
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Own basic cleaning kit, beneficial
Duration 3-5 days
Start date Wednesday 24/02
Rate £13.50 per hour direct PAYE or £17.50 per hour via an Umbrella payroll company
Standard 8 hours per day
