Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Deliver a variety of beauty treatments such as lev 3 / 4, skin body, lashes, and other services are welcomed
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance service quality
- Assist in maintaining retail product displays and promote retail sales to enhance client satisfaction
Skills
- Proficiency in makeup application and various nail techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for the beauty industry with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments
