We are opening a stunning new clinic in Chelmsford and are looking for a passionate, people-focused individual to be at the heart of it. This is a rare chance to join from day one and genuinely shape the client experience, the culture, and the way we show up in the local community.
The role will require you to be confident answering incoming enquiries over the phone and through online channels, as well as making outbound calls to people who have expressed interest in our services. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting our therapists with client management and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels genuinely cared for.
Our new Chelmsford clinic is a beautiful space - including a dedicated studio where we regularly host workshops and events for up to 30 people. You'll be central to making those experiences run seamlessly.
Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting would be advantageous, and we'd love to hear from you if you have a background in sales, client relations, or marketing. Full training will be provided. What matters most is that you are warm, proactive, and genuinely passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
