Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, providing support to stranded drivers with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform vehicle repairs including tyre changes, battery jumps, fluid top-ups, and minor mechanical fixes using hand tools and power tools
- recovery of vehicles to destinations safely and efficialty
- Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs effectively
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and parts used for each incident
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with drivers, explaining repairs, and ensuring their safety and satisfaction
Skills
- Strong understanding of schematics for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in vehicle or roadside repairs and maintenance
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
