Overview
1. Work Schedule
-We operate 7 days a week.
-You may choose how many days you wish to work, however, we will assign the specific days.
-The schedule is flexible
2. Start and Finish Time
-Start time is 07:30 AM every day unless you are informed otherwise.
-Finish time varies depending on your efficiency and the number of deliveries.
3. Wages
-You will be paid £100 per day for completing a full delivery route (80 to 100 stops).
-For every stop after 100, you will be paid £1 per parcel.
4. Route Completion
-Once you begin your route, you must complete it in full.
-You are not allowed to return with any undelivered parcels. If any undelivered parcels are returned without valid reason, you will not be paid for that day.
5. Emergencies
-In case of emergency, please inform us immediately and provide proof of the emergency so we can try to arrange a replacement for the route.
6. Transportation
-You are responsible for arranging your own transport to and from the depot.
-We may help coordinate a lift with a colleague if you inform us in advance.
7. Van Usage
-Once your job is confirmed, we can provide you with a van for personal use, but you will be charged £[INSERT AMOUNT] per week/month.
8. Training
-Full training will be provided.
-You will be sent on route with an experienced driver during your training period.
9. Security Deposit:
-A £500 deposit/security will be deducted from your wages.
-You may choose to pay this in installments or set a minimum weekly amount that suits you.
10. Wage Payments:
-Wages will be paid every Sunday after 12:00 PM or on the 1st of every month, depending on your preference.
11. Notice Period:
-If you decide to leave the job, you must give atleast 2 weeks’ notice.
-If no notice is given, your security deposit will not be returned.
