At Apple County Customs, we are searching for a friendly, organised, outgoing and creative Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. We are looking for a minimum of 20 hours per week, but full time is also available. In this role, you will be responsible for a huge range of marketing activities to help create brand awareness and drive sales for Apple County Customs and our new company Hexamoto. Apple County Customs is a VW Transporter conversion company, that carries out a range of modifications to VW Transporter camper vans. Hexamoto, our new company, is a new and exciting company that has a fresh view on kitting out overlanding trucks with bespoke storage systems. We have a production team in the workshop that you will work along side, marketing our products to reach larger audiences and create an influx of sales, to expand the business. You will also work along side our CAD engineer and Office Manager in the office. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst playing an integral part in business operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing, scheduling and creating content for a range of social media platforms
- Filming and editing short advertorial videos displaying our work
- Managing the company website and regularly uploading content
- Using graphic design software to create engaging advertisements and company documents
- Photography of all work
- Overseeing the customer feedback system
- Working with the Office Manager to deal with a range of customer-based activities such as managing the diary and responding to emails
- Communicating with clients to arrange bookings, answer questions and keep them up to date with progress
- Managing stock and updating our e-commerce store
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a creative mind with the ability to create exciting and engaging content
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage a number of tasks at once
- Have excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Be confident in the using a range of social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
- Have experience using basic web management platforms such as Shopify
- Possess some video editing skills
- Have experience or knowledge of graphic design software such as Canva.
Wage is basic and we will run a commission based bonus, based on sales volume driven from your marketing activities. As the business grows from your work, you benefit too! There will be a 6-month probationary period, which is the time for you to demonstrate your skills.
