About ITS
We exist to ensure the UK has the best full fibre networks, delivering gigabit-capable connectivity to businesses through our growing partner community. This enables opportunity, progress, exploration, creativity, innovation and commerce.
Recognised in the 2026 Sunday Times 100 Tech as one of Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies, we’re continuing to scale at pace – making this an exciting time to join ITS, for your career, for our business and for the future.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Mission Control Coordinator to join our Fibre Build team and play a key role in keeping customer connections moving.
This is a hands-on operational coordination role, sitting at the centre of survey, build, installation and activation activity. You’ll help resolve delivery blockers, coordinate recovery plans for at-risk orders and ensure teams have the information they need to deliver smoothly and on time.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple teams and bringing structure to fast-moving operational environments.
Responsibilities
You’ll support the progression of customer orders by identifying issues early, coordinating action and keeping stakeholders updated.
You’ll be:
- Tracking at-risk or delayed orders across survey, build, installation and activation stages
- Acting as a central point of coordination for delivery issues and escalations
- Working with Delivery Managers, Customer Project Managers, Mission Control and field teams
- Supporting readiness checks to reduce failed visits and avoid unnecessary delays
- Coordinating corrective actions and following recovery plans through to completion
- Validating contractor claims against evidence, scope and compliance standards
- Maintaining accurate updates in systems and reports
- Highlighting delivery risks, trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement
You’ll be close to live delivery activity, helping ITS recover orders quickly, improve performance and deliver a better experience for customers.
About You
You’re organised, proactive and calm under pressure. You enjoy getting into the detail, asking the right questions and helping teams move issues forward.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in operational coordination, telecoms, fibre build, field operations or service delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence managing escalations
- Good understanding of survey, build, installation, civils or activation environments
- Strong attention to detail and confidence validating information
- Clear communication skills, especially when dealing with delays, risks or blockers
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep accurate records
- A collaborative approach with internal teams, contractors and field teams
Experience with contractor performance, readiness checks, RAMS standards or telecoms delivery processes would be a strong advantage.
Why ITS?
At ITS, you’ll be part of a growing technology business delivering critical full-fibre infrastructure across the UK.
You’ll benefit from:
- A role with real visibility across fibre build and connection delivery
- The chance to work closely with operational, delivery, field and customer teams
- A fast-paced environment where your coordination skills make a visible impact
- Opportunities to develop your knowledge of telecoms infrastructure and operational delivery
- Being part of a business recognised in the 2026 Sunday Times 100 Tech
