We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in the organisation and management of kitchen stations, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all aspects of food preparation
- Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels, notifying management of shortages or issues
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Support the training of junior kitchen staff and apprentices as required
- Contribute ideas for menu development and presentation enhancements
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Experience working in busy kitchens with multiple stations and fast-paced service demands
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines is desirable
- Previous experience serving or interacting with guests is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure
