Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with families to understand their wishes and preferences for funeral arrangements
- Coordinate logistical details such as transportation, venue setup, and service schedules
- Assist families with paperwork, documentation, and necessary legal requirements
- Manage the setup of funeral service locations, including arranging floral displays and multimedia presentations
- Ensure all items are handled safely, including heavy lifting of caskets or equipment when necessary
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clergy, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to grieving families throughout the planning process
- On call Rota (Phones)
- Saturday 10-12 (1 in every 4)
