Do you have the leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver outstanding visitor experiences at Aldershot’s vibrant arts and culture hub?
You’ll lead the overall performance of the venue, with accountability for commercial outcomes, visitor experience, and safe, compliant operations. Working closely with central teams, you’ll ensure activity is operationally deliverable, financially viable, and aligned with organisational priorities. You’ll help drive commercial performance across box office, bar, venue hire and participation; while ensuring all activity is delivered to a consistently high standard and the venue operates efficiently day to day.
A bit about you
You’ll have experience managing a public-facing venue or service, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality visitor or customer experiences alongside safe and compliant operations. Commercially aware, you’ll be confident managing budgets and supporting performance across multiple income streams. You’re an effective leader who can motivate teams, set clear expectations and deliver results, with the ability to plan and manage operations and work collaboratively across teams. A strong communicator with good stakeholder skills, you’ll use data and insight to inform decisions and drive improvement. Experience in a cultural, arts, hospitality or visitor attraction setting is desirable
