***WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE***
An immediate opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a full UK driving licence and valid Bendy Forklift licence to join a small team on a temp-to-perm basis. Note that candidates who do have a notice period will be considered.
Based in a busy warehouse in Alton you will play a key role in ensuring stock is processed accurately, goods are handled efficiently, and warehouse operations continue to run smoothly.
Salary £12.74ph
Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative include,

Picking and packing stock including manual lifting up to 25kg

Operating a Bendy forklift
- Allocating and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations

Supporting efficient warehouse organisation and storage optimisation

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

Drive a Luton van to deliver/pick up stock between local sites
The ideal Warehouse Operative will need,
- Previous warehouse experience

Have a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving a Luton van locally

Have a valid Bendy forklift licence
- Excellent attention to detail

The ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

A positive and flexible approach to work

Be comfortable working on your feet all day within a busy warehouse environment
Hours 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday 30-minute unpaid lunch break
This is an immediate temp-to-perm opportunity to join a friendly team within an established local business, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Note that candidates who have a notice period will be considered.
