We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Support Manager to lead and coordinate care operations across multiple care facilities within the North East region. This pivotal role involves providing strategic guidance, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and fostering an environment of excellence in senior care. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing quality of life for residents, with a strong background in assisted living, nursing home operations, and dementia care. As a Regional Support Manager, you will empower facility teams to deliver compassionate, person-centered care while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple care homes, ensuring high standards of assisted living and nursing home care are consistently met.
- Support facility managers in developing and implementing individualized care plans that address residents’ unique needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
- Supervise and mentor management teams, fostering leadership development and supervising staff to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, medication administration procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Facilitate training programs focused on senior care best practices, dementia care techniques, medication management, and home care services.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor resident satisfaction, staff performance, and operational effectiveness; provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize resident outcomes and promote a culture of compassionate caregiving.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a focus on senior care and dementia support.
- Strong background in management with supervising experience within care homes or similar healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of care planning processes, medication administration protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Certifications or experience in Alzheimer’s care are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed to support multiple facilities across the region.
