Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately, ensuring all orders meet quality standards and food safety regulations
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and adherence to safety policies
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with basic math skills
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and alcohol service
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing and inventory purposes
