Amorino is a premium Italian gelato shop famous for our signature flower-shaped gelato, and our lovely Islington shop is looking for a friendly, energetic Shop Assistant to join our warm, close-knit team. If you love great food, great people, and a buzzing fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
The Role
As our Shop Assistant, you'll be the face of Amorino — serving our gelato and treats, delivering brilliant customer service, and playing an active part in the daily life of the shop. You're proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us. Full-time, permanent.
What You'll Do
- Serve and present our gelato, pastries and drinks with care and a smile
- Provide warm, excellent customer service and make every visit a great one
- Handle sales transactions accurately on the till
- Support daily shop operations — restocking and keeping the shop clean, tidy and beautifully presented
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Some previous retail or hospitality experience
- Available to work weekends and evenings
- Comfortable handling food and maintaining hygiene standards
- Friendly, energetic, reliable and a genuine team player

Pay: £12.80-£13.50 per hour
