Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our team with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting
