Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties
- Perform cleaning duties across designated commercial sites, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure thorough sanitation of all areas
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and other communal spaces
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Adhere to company policies and standards for quality and hygiene
- Complete cleaning schedules within allocated timeframes while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Must have own vehicle
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive approach to customer service
- Flexibility to adapt to different sites and cleaning requirements
