Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse void and repair work on our London contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, from carpentry, to plumbing and decorating work, ensuring fast turnarounds for our clients to rent their property's back out. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to utilise their multi-disciplinary expertise in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry tasks including fitting doors, sash windows, kitchens, etc.
- Execute painting and decorating projects, including surface preparation and finishing coats.
- Conduct plumbing work such as replacing toilets, basins, baths, and repairing leaks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project phase
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting.
- Demonstrable proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt to different project requirements.
- Prior experience working on void and repair teams is preferred.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
