Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Do you have the skills and motivation to make a real difference in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic and nurturing team.
About the Role
- As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality support to pupils across a range of abilities.
- Assist the class teacher with planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities.
- Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils where needed.
- Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Build caring, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Have a good understanding of language development
- Have experience of supporting children with SEND
- Have experience of managing childrens behaviour within an agreed system
About You
- We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience supporting children within a school setting.
- Is patient, proactive, and passionate about education.
- Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
- Is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching practices
