A & M Group are a family run multi-franchise group. Since we started in 1986 we have grown to become a well known dealer in agricultural and construction equipment.
Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking to employ a Service Manager who will be based at our new head office in Bridgend. We require an experienced individual to enhance our already successful team and assist us to grow.
The Role / Requirements of this Service Manager:
· You will be knowledgeable and experienced in working on construction/agricultural machinery - experience on telehandlers/tractors/excavators would be beneficial.
· You might have experience of management in the sector or will have the skill set to progress from a service controller or workshop manager role.
· You will liaise with existing managers and administrators to ensure the smooth flow of work through the workshop.
· You will support the sales team in ensuring equipment is ready for demonstrations.
· Strong administration skills will ensure multiple roles can be efficiently performed at once.
· Great communication will be needed to deal with both our existing and new customers.
· You will set up processes for a new range of products like PDIs, service packages, inspection forms.
· You will be responsible for health and safety across our 3 depots.
You’ll have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and target driven whilst being organised and have a great eye for detail, as well as being committed and reliable.
