Are you an experienced Manager from a customer-focused or healthcare setting, looking for a new and rewarding challenge? Or are you a Dental Nurse or Receptionist ready to take the next step in your career? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
At The Smiles Studio, we are a welcoming, family-owned (non-corporate) dental practice that has been caring for the local community in Chandler’s Ford for over 15 years. We provide high-quality NHS and private dental care, with a loyal patient base and a dedicated, friendly team.
We offer a wide range of treatments, including Implants, SmileFast, Teeth Whitening, and Invisalign — all in a supportive and modern environment.
We’re now looking for a full-time Practice Manager to help lead our team and continue delivering outstanding service. You don’t need specific experience in dental practice management — we welcome applicants with strong leadership and organisational skills, particularly those from healthcare, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused sectors. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. What matters most is your positive attitude, leadership ability, and commitment to creating a great experience for both patients and staff.
