We’re working with a well-regarded law firm in Eastbourne that is looking for a Commercial Property Assistant to strengthen its property team.
Rather than being purely administrative, this role will give you the opportunity to become genuinely involved in commercial property matters, working closely with fee earners and supporting the firm’s clients throughout transactions.
Depending on your experience, your role could involve:
- Assisting with commercial property sales and purchases
- Supporting landlord and tenant matters
- Preparing documents, forms and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties
- Opening files and carrying out initial compliance checks
- Helping fee earners keep transactions progressing
- Providing wider administrative support to the property team
Previous commercial property or legal experience would be useful, although the firm is open-minded about background and experience level.
If you’re looking to build a career in Commercial Property and want a role where you can learn, contribute and develop, this could be an excellent next step.
Apply now for a confidential discussion. Even if you’re unsure whether you meet every requirement, we recruit for a range of legal opportunities across the local area and would still be happy to hear from you.
Your CV will not be sent to our client automatically – we’ll discuss the role with you first and only submit an application with your agreement.
