Duties include assisting the Registered manager to over see the ever growing staff team and ensure that Q leaf is providing high quality person centred care. The cost of the enhanced disclosure will be met by the candidate and reimbursed after successful completion of probation period . 2 references will be required. **Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the registered manager with the day to day running of the service.
**Duties:**
- Assist in the creation and updating of high quality, person centred care plans.
- Assist in conducting new client assessments.
- Conduct meetings with staff such as supervisions, appraisals and spot checks.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team.
- Support patients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and record-keeping.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in IT skills. Word, Excel
- A valid driver's license and use of own car is essential
