Main Duties
- Lead and support the care team every day.
- Write and update resident care plans and risk assessments.
- Make sure the home follows all safety rules.
- Help the manager run the care home smoothly.
- Talk to families, doctors, and nurses.
- assist in medication ordering.
- take part in the on call rota.
- Give hands-on care when the team needs help.
What We Need From You
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
- Past experience as a senior carer or team leader.
- Good knowledge of care standards and safety rules.
- Kind, caring, and strong leadership skills.
- Clear communication skills.
