My client are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their exciting business in Gloucester due to growth. The ideal candidate will have commercial insurance experience, this could be with SME or small businesses. Offering a starting salary of £33,000 plus genuine career progression opportunities, hybrid working and great benefits working within a people-focused business.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 – 5.

The Role:
· Managing a book of commercial insurance clients, providing clients with the most suitable cover
· Processing renewals and mid-term adjustments
· New business and cross selling
· Liaising and negotiating with insurers
· Supporting Account Executives
· Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
· Supporting with claims
What we are looking for:
- Experience within commercial insurance - this could be with SME/small businesses
- Ability to build relationships with clients and insurers
- Excellent customer service
- Experience using Acturis - desirable but not essential
