What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Every day is different, but your core role will involve supporting our clients with:
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily routines, including washing, dressing, and meals.
- Mobility Support: Helping clients move safely around their homes.
- Companionship & Wellbeing: Talking, providing nutritious meals, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring medication is taken correctly.
- Care & Communication: Following personalised care plans, updating daily digital records, and keeping families and colleagues in the loop.
What We Are Looking For
- A Valid UK Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle (Essential).
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a genuinely caring and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication skills (proficiency in verbal and written English).
- Basic IT skills (for updating care records via our easy-to-use app).
- Experience in domiciliary care is a bonus, but not essential—we hire for attitude and train for skill!
